Yes, when I show newbies – in the current environment – Slack their eyes glaze over.

Show them Zoom and it’s obvious.

That’s not a criticism, it’s just how the products are. Slack has a steep learning curve which starts with how to organise groups and naming conventions. Otherwise it has to be redone later. Right now people’s minds are racing and they don’t want to think about this stuff.

I think that Teams might be more of a winner right now.
