Great tips. I like the one using the pan remnants as I’ve never been able to get that quite right. I also keep everything left from a take-away chicken and throw it into a soup pot with all the other scraps you mention, cook them very slowly, strain and then its ready as a base. I actually really enjoy doing it, even though my family mocks me about my soup … hahaha. I LIKE IT!
