How’s that work?
Tim, thanks for all your great tips and tools. In light of all that wealth of information, I have two perhaps inconsequential questions:
1. You say you work through your mornings non-stop until you get your articles out — you don’t stand up every 25 minutes or use a timer to get you up for a stretch?
2. How can you go from home to the gym and home and do a decent workout in 30 minutes — what’s the secret?
