I run everyday 4 to 10km, and I rarely carry any technology. That’s one of the tactics I developed in order to run injury-free. Before I ran daily I would run twice weekly, timed myself, and incurred several injuries by pushing too hard. I have a good idea of my pace but it’s no longer what drives me. I don’t believe that I would be able to run everyday if I was constantly presiding myself.
