I understand how you feel. It reminds me of times I’ve spent in large corporations (but not the one at which I worked the longest).

I think you’re brave to put it out there. As you can see from the lack of comments where you posted this on Linkedin others are hanging on to their seats and hoping that noone even saw them reading it, even though they know it’s true.

PS considering that in Australia there are hundreds of thousands of members of Linkedin in the exact position of refined disengagement you describe you could have (naively) expected a good list of comments.
