Great piece. You’re ahead of the beat and a fantastic summary of the landscape.

This jumped out at me “What if our kids find the idea of any brands communicating as if they’re people even more awkward than we do?”. I’m far from a kid and even I get really irked when we have TV ads brought to us by a movie or a Camry. What were they thinking? The brands are certainly sowing the seeds of their own disenfranchisement with this kind of creative stupidity.
