World watch list for fraud and collusion

Garth thanks for responding. I’m surprised that you say that AU is 3rd on the watch list for corporate/ government fraud and collusion as honestly that doesn’t make sense to me. And I’m not sure that anyone dances to the tune of the UN and IMF. Fundamentally I think the malaise in Australian banking just boils down to a lack of competition. And yes I know and had watched Yes Minister, very insightful.
